Entrance fees for historical sites in Iran that you should know before traveling to Iran!!
Iran is the land of variety historical, cultural and natural attractions, in every city of Iran there are several attractions that protect and manage under Iran’s government and for visiting them we should pay entrance fees. But it is interesting to know that entrance fee of each place is not more than 2-3 dollars.
The price is really little in compare with many world. There are several historical monuments that you can’t find anywhere in the world such as Persepolis, the National Museum of Iran many ancient and historical monumentsdating back to thousands years ago, Choghazanbil Zigurat, Nasir al-Molk Mosque, Carpet Museum, Golestan Palace, Zoroastrian Fire Temple of Yazd, Hasht Behesht Isfahan, and other winderful historical places and museums.
They are also some natural attractions that visiting them is free such as desertsand mountain camps.
Generally enterence fee for each place in Iran is about 1000,000 Rials, 100,000 Toman ( about 2.5 dollars), it may change a little after a while.
So we can say Iran isnot an expensive destination to travel.
